At this point the image is sent securely from the Art on Demand server, where the high resolution images are found, to the distributor's large format printer and is printed. At this precise moment the copyright royalties for the work chosen will be paid by means of an electronic payment system. The Art on Demand system aims to do away with separate catalogues and unnecessary storage, and to provide immediate, tailor made reproductions of an immense variety of works. This would have been unimaginable before, due to the enormous amount of space that would be needed to exhibit them. The special inks used guarantee the reproduction will be long lasting with no loss of colour.

The printing software is designed for a wide variety of printers from 42 to 60 inches, depending on the type of clients and the space available, so as to meet the distributor's needs while at the same time always guaranteeing a high quality of reproduction on the materials chosen.

This printer combines productivity, high quality images and "intelligent" printing solutions that simplify work flows and make the physical presence of the user unnecessary. It has a printing width of 152 cm and rolls of paper of up to 90 m. in length. It also accepts single sheets above 45 cm. (Canon IPF9100) in size.

They are optimised to provide high quality contrast within the prints which are resistant to scratching and discolouration by water and light. The printer and its ink cartridges contain an intelligent integrated circuit that helps to control the printing costs and monitors ink level and any deterioration in the test prints, indicating when it is necessary to change the cartridges.
